After injuring his shoulder in a practice crash at Anaheim 2, FMF/KTM Factory rider Tommy Searle is still unable to ride and will have to sit out this weekend's race in San Francisco.
"I had hoped that taking the week off would give me enough time to recover for the San Francisco round but it is still quite painful and I do not want to risk tearing the shoulder more. I will try riding again early next week and plan to race San Diego," commented Searle.
Although he will not be riding, Searle will be in San Francisco on Friday night to sign autographs for his fans at Scuderia KTM from 5:00-6:00pm. Searle will be joined at Scuderia by KTM Factory Service/One Industries riders Michael Sleeter and Sean Borkenhagen.
